Hanana: Handmade Nama-ko Soba and Home Cooking
By reservation only. Located in Otama Village at the foot of Mount Adatara, surrounded by Igune (windbreak forests), we offer juwari soba made from our own flour milled with a golden mill in a barn over 100 years old that has been renovated. The broth is thick, Edo-style, and we also provide vegan broth.
